[ I'd go for anything in Peterborough, and then the main towns north, south, east and west would be: Huntingdon, Wisbech, Grantham, Stamford (this has a PE postcode - its where I live), Whittlesey, March, Oundle. A bit further, Corby (at a push, although most of it is a bit grim), Brampton, March, Spalding, Melton. If you could get an amazing deal in Cambridge, I'd go that far - beautiful city. I'm looking for things like you had last time. If you can get me 25% off RICS valuation, then I should be able to put a few transactions your way this year. CheersGary]
